Location owners submitting legitimate placement requests

Access is selective. Submission of an application or request does not guarantee approval or placement.

3. Platform Role and Limitations

V Placed:

Facilitates verification, review, and structured placement processes
Establishes standardized expectations and accountability frameworks

V Placed does not:

Guarantee placement outcomes
Act as an employer, agent, partner, or fiduciary
Control day-to-day operations of operators or locations
Guarantee revenue, performance, or business success

All placements are subject to review, suitability, and compliance.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain required licenses, insurance, and compliance
Meet service, equipment, and operational standards
Act professionally and in good faith
Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Failure to meet standards may result in denial, suspension, or removal from the platform.

5. Verification and Removal

V Placed reserves the right to:

Approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at its discretion
Require re-verification at any time
Remove participants who fail to meet standards or obligations

Decisions related to platform access are final.

6. No Informal Agreements

Placements facilitated through V Placed are intended to follow standardized processes. Informal side agreements, off-platform arrangements, or circumvention of the system are prohibited and may result in removal.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, designs, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to V Placed and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
